Doctrina: Es la perspectiva primaria, es el fundamento básico de la fe.  Es la enseñanza fundamental de las Sagradas Escrituras.  (Hechos 2:42)  ¡JESUS es la ROCA ETERNA de los siglos!
Doctrine is the primary perspective, is the basic foundation of faith.  It is the fundamental teaching of the Holy Scriptures.  JESUS is the ROCK OF AGES!

​CREENCIA CON PROPOSITO

Belief with Purpose

​1. DOCTRINA/Doctrine:

CREEMOS que Doctrina es la enseñanza bíblica básica, fundamental y necesaria para la vida, y no una opinión filosófica o humana.

WE BELIEVE that doctrine is the basic biblical teaching, fundamental and necessary for life, and not merely a philosophical or human opinion.

2. ACERCA DE DIOS/About God:

CREEMOS que Dios es eterno, bueno y maravilloso; y que nos demuestra su amor en una perfecta Tri-Unidad. Y que El es más poderoso de lo que nosotros imaginamos.

WE BELIEVE that God is eternal, good, and awesome; and that He demonstrates His love in a perfect Tri-Unity.  And that he is more powerful than we can imagine.

3. ACERCA DE JESUS/About Jesus:

CREEMOS en la Deidad (Divinidad) de Jesucristo; que Cristo es el único Hijo de Dios, nacido de la Virgen María. Jesús vino a morir por nuestros pecados, fue sepultado, y resucitó al tercer día. El ascendió a los cielos y está hoy sentado a la diestra de Dios el Padre como nuestro Intercesor y Mediador, y desde donde un día vendrá por nosotros.

WE BELIEVE in the Deity (Divinity) of Jesus Christ; that Christ is the Only Son of God, born from the Virgin Mary.  Jesus came to die for our sins, was buried, and resurrected on the third day.  He went into heaven and is now seated in the Right Hand of God the Father and He is our Mediator and Intercessor, from where one day He will come back for us.

4. ACERCA DEL ESPIRITU SANTO/ About the Holy Spirit:

CREEMOS que el Espíritu Santo es la Tercera Persona de la Trinidad, el Dios supremo que vive en nosotros y a través de nosotros revelándonos a Cristo y enseñándonos Su Revelación, Su Palabra.

WE BELIEVE that the Holy Spirit is the Third Person of the Trinity, the Supreme God that lives in us and through us, revealing Christ to us and teaching us His Revelation, His Word.

5.  ACERCA DE LA PALABRA DE DIOS/ About the Word of God:

CREEMOS que la Biblia es la Palabra de Dios Inspirada, la Revelación Inerrable y el más excelente y supremo manual dado por Dios para guiar nuestras vidas.

WE BELIEVE that the Bible is the inspired Word of God, the Revelation without error, and the most excellent and supreme manual given by God, to guide our lives.

​6. ACERCA DEL HOMBRE/About Man:

¡Su muerte fue el precio! His death was the price!
CREEMOS que hombre es la obra máxima y esmerada de la Creación de Dios, y que El lo creó conforme a su imagen y semejanza, para que realice el plan y propósito de Dios.CREEMOS en la relación matrimonial entre un hombre y una mujer como el diseño de Dios para un núcleo familiar sólido y balanceado. No apoyamos ni practicamos otras creencias o prácticas de inmoralidad sexual como hombres con hombres o mujeres con mujeres, o ninguna otra forma o estilo de inmoralidad sexual fuera del contexto del matrimonio entre un hombre y una mujer.

WE BELIEVE that man is the maximum work of creation of God, that He created man according to His image, in order for him to achieve God's plan and purposes.  WE BELIEVE in the marriage relationship between a man and a woman, as God’s design for a balanced and solid family nucleus. We do not support, neither we practice other beliefs or practices of sexual immorality like a man and another man, or a woman with another woman, or any other form or lifestyle of sexual immorality out of the context of marriage between a man and a woman.

7.  ACERCA DE LA CREACION/About Creation:

CREEMOS que Dios creó todas las cosas, que nada ocurrió por accidente, sino de la mano y obra de un Dios Supremo que lo diseñó y lo creó todo.  

WE BELIEVE that God created everything, and that nothing happened as an accident, but from the hand and work of a Supreme God that designed and created everything.

8.  ACERCA DE LA SALVACION/About Salvation:

CREEMOS que "TODOS HAN PECADO y están destituidos de la Gloria de Dios," y que el arrepentimiento es necesario para el perdón de nuestros pecados, y que la salvación es por gracia como el único medio de relacionarnos con Dios. CREEMOS que la Justificación es por la Fe, y que el nuevo nacimiento (regeneración) es a través de la fe en la sangre de Cristo.

WE BELIEVE, that "All have sinned and fell short of the Glory of God," and that repentance is necessary for the forgiveness of sins, and that salvation is by grace as the only means to bring us to God.  WE BELIEVE that justification is by faith and that the new birth (regeneration) is through faith in the blood of Christ.

9.  ACERCA DE LA SEGURIDAD EN CRISTO/ About Security in Christ:

CREEMOS que en Cristo tenemos seguridad de salvación, y que el que comenzó la obra en nosotros la terminará hasta el día de Jesucristo.

WE BELIEVE that in Christ we have security of salvation and that the one who started the work in us will perfect it until the day of Christ.

 

​10.  ACERCA DE LA SANTIDAD

CREEMOS que la Santificación es otra Obra de Gracia, obtenida por la fe por parte del creyente completamente justificado. Y que la voluntad de Dios es que seamos como su Hijo Cristo.  Creemos en la santidad y por ello no propulsamos el uso de drogas, ni del alcohol, ni drogas alucinantes, ni practicas de brujería o hechicería, ni practicamos ni propulsamos la fornicación o ninguna otra relación sexual fuera de los límites del matrimonio, o ningún otro estilo de vida que traiga vergüenza o mal testimonio a nuestra vida como individuos, como familia o como iglesia.

WE BELIEVE that Sanctification is the Work of Grace, obtained by faith from the part of the believer that has been fully justified.  And that the Will of God is that we may become as His Son Jesus Christ.  We believe in holiness and therefore we do not promote the use of drugs, alcohol, hallucinating drugs, witchcraft or witchcraft, nor do we practice or propel fornication or any other sexual relationship outside the limits of marriage, or any other lifestyle that brings shame or bad testimony to our lives as individuals, as a family or as a church.

11.  ACERCA DEL BAUTISMO EN AGUA

"Id y predicad el evangelio... el que creyere y fuere bautizado...”

CREEMOS que los Salvados deben recibir el bautismo en las aguas por inmersión, en el Nombre del Padre, del Hijo y del Espíritu Santo, como un testimonio al mundo de que han aceptado a Cristo como Salvador y Señor, y de que han muerto al pecado y han nacido a una nueva vida.

WE BELIEVE that the Saved ones should be baptized in water through immersion, in the Name of the Father, the Son, and in the Holy Ghost, as a testimony to the world that they have received Christ as Savior and Lord, and that they have died to sin, and have been born into a new life.

12.  ACERCA DEL BAUTISMO EN EL ESPIRITU

CREEMOS que el Bautismo del Espíritu Santo es la investidura de poder para aquellos que han sido limpiados por el sacrificio de Cristo, y que reciben ese poder para ser testigos eficaces del Evangelio; y que el hablar en otras lenguas según el Espíritu las da para hablar, es la evidencia inicial física de haber recibido la investidura de poder.

WE BELIEVE that the Baptism of the Holy Spirit is the endowment of power for those that their hearts have been cleansed through the sacrifice of Christ and that they receive power to be witnesses of the Gospel; and that speaking in other tongues as the Spirit gives utterance, is the initial physical evidence of those that have been baptized in the Spirit.

13.  ACERCA DE LA ORACION

CREEMOS que la Oración fue el medio de comunicación que Cristo nos dejó para hablar con Dios el Padre; y que Dios responde a nuestra oración porque está interesado en nuestro bienestar y crecimiento espiritual.

WE BELIEVE that prayer is the means of communication that Christ left us to speak with God and to God the Father; and that God responds to our prayers because He is interested in our well-being and spiritual growth.

14.  ACERCA DE LA SANIDAD

CREEMOS que Dios todavía sigue siendo un Dios sanador, y que el es el mismo de ayer, de hoy y de siempre, y que por las llagas de Cristo somos curados.  

WE BELIEVE  that God still continues to be a Healing God, and that He is the same, yesterday, today and forever, and that because of the stripes of Jesus we are healed.

15.  ACERCA DE LA CENA DEL SEÑOR

CREEMOS en al Celebrar la Cena del Señor conmemoramos y recordamos su muerte y anticipamos su regreso por la Iglesia; Practicamos el Servicio unos a otros como lo fue representado por nuestro Señor Jesús en el lavamiento de los pies de sus discípulos.

WE BELIEVE that when we celebrate the Lord's Supper, we remember His death and resurrection, and anticipate His return for the Church; that we practice servanthood among one another as it was represented by our Lord Jesus in the washing of the feet of His disciples.

16.  ACERCA DE LA IGLESIA

CREEMOS que la Iglesia es el cuerpo de Cristo y es la única verdadera institución que durará para siempre. 
WE BELIEVE that the Church is the Body of Christ, and that the Church is the only institution that will last forever.

17. ACERCA DE LA VIDA FAMILIAR
CREEMOS que la familia es la base de una sociedad estable.  Para una sociedad estable, necesitamos familias estables.  Por ello creemos en los principios bíblicos que enseñan y declaran que el matrimonio y la relación conyugal es como Dios lo estableció en Génesis 2 y 3: "Entre un hombre y una mujer," varón y hembra los creó Dios.  La relación hombre y mujer, varón y hembra, constituye el centro del núcleo familiar para que los hijos se desarrollen en el más seguro y estable ambiente.  Por ello, en Roca Eterna no creemos ni practicamos las relaciones o yugos de otro tipo (e.g. hombres con hombres, mujeres con mujeres, ni poligamia, ni relaciones multiples mixtas, etc.) ni ninguna otra relación que no sea compatible con las enseñanzas de las Sagradas Escrituras en su contexto histórico-gramatical y dentro de los valores morales Judeo-Cristianos.​

WE BELIEVE that the family unit, is the basis of a stable society.  For a stable society, we need stable families. That is why we believe in the biblical principles that teach and declare that marriage and marital relationship is how God established it in Genesis 2 and 3: "Between a man and a woman," male and female as God created them. The relationship between men and women, male and female, is the center of the family nucleus for children to be developed in the safest and most stable environment.  Therefore, at Eternal Rock, we do not believe or practice relationships or other yokes (eg men with men, women with women, or polygamy, or multiple mixed relationships, etc.) or any other relationship that is not compatible with the teachings of the Holy Scriptures in its historical and grammatical context and within the Judeo-Christian values and morals.
 

VICTORIA CON PROPOSITO

Victory with Purpose

​18.  ACERCA DE VENIDA DE CRISTO

CREEMOS en la Segunda Venida de Cristo Personal; Primero, que los muertos en Cristo resucitarán primero y luego nosotros seremos arrebatados juntamente con ellos y recibiremos al Señor en el aire; Segundo, que Cristo vendrá visiblemente para establecer Su Reino Milenial, para reinar con Sus hijos sobre la tierra y para juzgar al mundo con justicia.  
WE BELIEVE in the Personal Second Coming of Christ; First, that the dead in Christ will resurrect first, and the us that will be left, we will be lifted up together with them, and that we will receive the Lord in the air; Second, that Christ will appear visibly to establish His Millennial Kingdom, to reign with His children upon Earth, and to judge the world with righteousness. 

 

19.  ACERCA DE LA ETERNIDAD

CREEMOS en la resurrección del cuerpo tanto de los salvados como de los perdidos, ya que la muerte no es un fin en sí mismo, sino el comienzo de una nueva etapa; los salvados serán resucitados en la primera resurrección para vida eterna; los perdidos serán resucitados para castigo eterno, esto es la segunda muerte. 
WE BELIEVE in the resurrection of the body for both the saved (believers) and the lost, since death is not an end in itself, but the beginning of a new stage; the saved ones will resurrect in the first resurrection for eternal life; the lost will resurrect for eternal punishment, which is the second death.

 

20. CREEMOS que el cielo y el infierno son lugares reales.

Que el cielo es el lugar que Cristo tiene para sus fieles seguidores.  Y que el infierno no fue creado para el hombre, sino para el Diablo y sus ángeles.  Pero que será el lugar de tormento eterno para aquellos que rechazan a Cristo.

WE BELIEVE that heaven and earth are real places.  That Heaven is the place that Jesus has for His faithful followers.  That Hell was not created for men, but for the devil and his angels, but is will be the place of eternal torment for those who reject Christ.
